A cheap fix today beats an expensive one in a couple of months. Both of these are quoted the same way as a re-roof: someone looks, measures and writes it down.
Repair and maintenance
The office lists four signs that a roof needs a repair rather than a replacement:
- Wind damage, which does not only happen to old roofs and may trace to an incorrectly installed roof or failing, cheap products.
- Granules in the gutters from deteriorating shingles. If the product is a recalled one, the company can help with the claim for a nominal fee.
- Cracked pipe boots or roof vents: cracks, broken seals, rusted fasteners and debris build up.
- Moss that lifts shingles and, left alone, rots the roof sheathing.
Small commercial
Because of the commercial labor shortage, Gregg Roofing is servicing small business projects only. It is no longer servicing any membrane re-roofs or repairs. For a small business roof that fits, the pitch is competitive pricing and an install that avoids costly repairs in the future.
